• Phone all of our potential buyers with details of the property.
• Meet with lenders to determine financing options available for your property.
• Give you feedback from potential buyers after each showing.
• Send you a monthly progress report along with copies of advertisements for the property.
• Contact you regularly with verbal progress reports.
• Review marketing services with you
• Pre-Qualify potential buyers.
• Present and discuss all offers on the property with you.
• Negotiate the transaction with the buyer's agent.
• Finalize the Sale
