	Place a lock box on the property, if needed.
	Promote your property at ERA Brokers weekly sales meeting in St. George.
	Schedule your property for the Realtor home tour.  (Homes Only)
	Email a color flyer & listing information to the top 100+ agents about the property.
	Have color flyers available for potential buyers at the home, Hurricane ERA office, & St. George ERA office.
	Phone all of our potential buyers with details of the property.
	Meet with lenders to determine financing options available for your property.
	Give you feedback from potential buyers after each showing.
	Send you a monthly progress report along with copies of advertisements for the property.
	Contact you regularly with verbal progress reports.
	Review marketing services with you
	Pre-Qualify potential buyers.
	Present and discuss all offers on the property with you.
	Negotiate the transaction with the buyer's agent.
	Finalize the Sale
	Market your property on ERA's National website ERA.com.
	Market your property on the company website ERABrokers.net.
	Market your property on our personal website BuySouthernUtah.com.
	Market your property on Realtor.com.  (Homes Only)
	Advertise your property on TheSpectrum.com.
	Advertise your property on SouthernUtah.com.

	Advertise your property monthly in the "Home Showcase" section of the Spectrum Newspaper.
	Advertise your property in other daily, weekly, or monthly publications, where suitable.
